Australian jewelry designer Karen Liberman travels the world taking artfully arranged snapshots of her latest designs with exotic backdrops.
Drawing influence upon her North African and Mediterranean roots, Melbourne-based Karen Liberman’s esthetic reflects her core inspirations: family, history and travel whilst seeking out artisanal traditions and supporting individuals and families opposed to employing methods of mass manufacturing.
This month, she has been exploring remote parts of Kyoto in Japan photographing necklaces with green tourmaline, pendants with ancient Roman coins encapsulated with pave diamonds and emerald rings with intricate carvings and filigree designs. Talk about passport envy! She has also recently been traipsing around Honolulu so we can only imagine what wanderlust awaits her with those shots.
